The body of the dress is made from a lightweight and oh-so-soft cotton, which features a delicate little swiss dot flocked surface texture. Lace details abound across this dress, accenting the neckline and sleeves for the daintiest of looks. Elastic at the neckline and waist make for an easy, adjustable fit, and the neckline can be worn off or over the shoulders for a variety of looks!
