Accessories and ready to ship items typically ship within 1-3 days. If you need to receive an item quickly, we recommend upgrading your shipping speed at checkout.

Made to Order items can take between 5-12 weeks to make, depending on current order volume. Please visit our Processing Times page to check on the current status of our processing times.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $75! All made to order items are shipped using FedEx shipping, which typically takes about 2-4 days to ship anywhere in the U.S.

Accessories and ready to ship items will ship according to the shipping speed you select at checkout.

Please note that economy shipping is shipped with USPS. There are occasionally delays with this shipping service, and sometimes packages are lost. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance with your order to protect your package.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! Costs for shipping will depend on your location. You can calculate shipping costs by going through the checkout process before placing your order.

Please be aware that choosing the cheapest shipping option will subject your package to your country's postal system. If your country does not have a reliable postal system, we recommend selecting an upgraded shipping speed, so your package can be shipped with FedEx. Economy shipping is subject to long shipping times and customs delays.

International parcels may be subject to import duties/fees depending on your country’s laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and fees. If you refuse the shipment or are unable to receive it, French Meadows is not responsible for any return shipping fees, and the responsibility to reship the item is with the buyer. Items that are sent back to us will not be refunded.

Shipping Insurance

French Meadows is not liable for replacing any packages that are lost or stolen during the shipping process. We encourage you to add shipping insurance to your purchase at checkout to protect your order. For shipping insurance claims, please visit our claims page.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our return policy varies depending on the item you’d like to return. Please review our return policy for each category below:

Accessories and pre-made items are eligible for a return (some exclusions apply, see below). Items that are unworn and unused may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping costs. Items that are worn, damaged or show signs of use cannot be refunded. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Exclusions: Any item made in Portland is not eligible for a return. This includes items specifically labeled "READY TO SHIP" in the title.

Custom and Made to Order Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges on customized or custom fit items. We are not responsible for items that do not fit because measurements were taken incorrectly. We will make your items according to the measurements you give us, therefore, please be extremely careful when taking your measurements. We want your item to fit as perfectly as you do.

Made to Order items in standard sizes can not be returned, but they may be exchanged for a different size within 14 days of receiving your order. If none of the standard sizes work for you, you can upgrade to a custom fit corset for an additional $60.

To begin the return process on an item that meets our return policy, select your order number under your Order History when signed into your account, and select "Request Return" to get started.

We are not able to process exchanges. The best way to exchange an item is to return it and purchase a new item.
