Extremely short piece of ribbon with a bit of chain--it is true I have a larger neck than most, but it was impossible for me to fasten. Even for most others who could wear this, I think it would be a bit disappointing that the ribbon itself would go around only a bit of the neck, while maybe half is chain rather than ribbon. It all seems a bit stingy (even the materials seem a bit cheap) for the price, though in fairness I did just add it to my order for the sake of getting discounted shipping.
