The bustle skirt is made from six layers of ruffled tulle, finished with a satin ribbon hem on each layer. Additional layers of crinoline are added under the tulle to give a little extra oomph. The bustle skirt is attached to a satin waistband which ties in the front. This will fit waist sizes between 22"-52".
