Really great customer service, I ordered the wrong size and only realized after a few days. I messaged the seller and they were able to update the order. I really love the belt, the leather quality is really nice and feels soft ish but durable to the touch. I really love the little embellishment on the end of the belts. It’s subtle but makes the product feel elegant and feminine.

Absolutely love this belt. The quality is amazing. Although I will say the 72" is pretty long on me and nearly touches the ground. I'm only 5'4", so I imagine that is a factor. No harm done, though. I double wrapped it and actually enjoy the appearance of that more than one loop. Highly reccomend.
