Adjustable shoulder ties allow you to achieve the perfect fit across your back, and the elasticized waist can be laced tighter by tying the straps at the waist. Rearrange the way the straps are tied to create a halter neck top and open back, or tie the ties across your waist to add a bow in the front. You can even tuck in the top part of the dress and wear this as a skirt!
