When I placed the order for this skirt it asked for waist size and desired length. My waist is 28” and the skirt I received has a waist that’s too big and loose. For the length I asked for a 36” length and received a length of 39”. And yet it falls on me to pay return shipping to have it “looked into” when I sent clear pictures showing the length is wrong? This is a simple skirt and it was sent out completely wrong and now I’m being punished for their mistakes. Both in the form of me paying return shipping and having to wait to have them “look into it” and still potentially receive a faulty product if/when they fix it. This stress is not worth it to customers!
